ENVI Program
CSU campus Remote Sensing annual subscriptions through the GIS Specialty Center enable campuses to participate in a site license from EXELIS for ENVI, which provides significant benefits in support of campus remote sensing and image processing activities:
1. Site License for ENVI
Each campus will get up to 30 seats of ENVI+IDL and ENVI EX. No physical media is shipped to any campus. The instructions for downloading the latest version of software for the ENVI products, as well as patches and service packs, can be found at https://www.exelisvis.com/Downloads/ProductDownloads.aspx
2. Technical Support Program
Software technical support via telephone and email is available from ENVI through the designated representative on each campus. If a technical issue arises, the representative can submit a Support Incident with Exelis through email, the web, or over the phone. Online Support can be found at http://www.exelisvis.com/Support.aspx. A knowledge base of known software problems, "how-to" articles, system requirements, and common error messages for Exelis Software. It can be accessed by navigating to http://www.exelisvis.com/Support.aspx and clicking the Help Articles link. Contact Support Services between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (Mountain Time), Monday through Friday.

3. Annual Renewal Period
Every year the contract with EXELIS for ENVI is renewed in July. The annual license files must be updated by August 30.
